Hours privacy notice
Hours is the internal timesheet of Tansfom, LLC (Fremont, California). Only people Tansfom has invited can sign in.
What Hours stores
- Your email address and role, entered by an admin when you are invited.
- Your name and profile picture URL, taken from your Google account each time you sign in.
- The time you log: date, project, hours, whether it is billable, whether it is travel, and any note you add. Also when you submit a week and when an admin unlocks one.
- When an invite email was last sent to you.
Hours never sees your Google password.
Who can see your hours
You see your own entries. Admins see everyone's. A manager sees the entries on projects they have been made project manager of. Staff never see anyone else's hours.
Cookies
Hours sets cookies only to sign you in and keep you signed in. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies or scripts.
Services that process this data for Tansfom
- Google, for sign-in.
- Vercel, which hosts the app.
- Neon, which hosts the database.
- Resend, which delivers the invite email, only when an admin sends you one.
Tansfom does not sell your data or share it with anyone else.
How long it is kept
Time entries are business records. They are kept while Tansfom uses Hours, including after your account is deactivated.
